This map of La Crosse shows eighteen city wards in red, railroads, cemeteries, fair grounds, labeled streets, islands, and the Mississippi River. The left margin includes a street directory. Below the title the map reads: "Entered according to act of Congress in the year 1891 by H.I. Bliss in the Office of Librarian of Congress." Henry Bliss was a Civil Engineer.
