That Luang fair: British exhibit

- Description
These monks walk in front of Britain's exhibit at the That Luang festival. The Lao writing reads "Pathet Angkit", the Lao term for the U.K. "Pathet" means homeland or country, and "Angkit" is the Lao pronunciation of the word "English."
