This picture is of the corner of Main Street (Sixth Avenue) and Park Street (57th Street). In the 1870s or 1880s, Seth Doan Dry Goods occupied the first floor, and S. W. Truesdell the second floor. The man standing in the doorway without a hat is B. Eichelman, tailor.
