Day the World War One veterans returned. Shows “Welcome Home” arch built over Central Avenue between Court and Seminary Streets. Sign, “Boy Scouts”, on left / east side of street and “A. H. Krouskop & Co” on right / west side of Central Avenue. Many people in and along street. Shows flags and bunting. Written on front, “Richland Co. Honor Day 7-25-1919 Richland Center, Wis.”
