- Description
Northwest corner of E. Wisconsin Ave. (then Wisconsin St.) and N. Broadway (then Main St., until 1870), in about 1867. The corner building was torn down in 1869 to make way for the Northwestern Mutual life Insurance Co. building, later called the Free Press Building. This corner was later occupied by the First Federal Plaza.
