- Description
This stone building was constructed by Dr. John Vivian in 1877, adjacent to his pharmacy. At the time of this photograph, it housed the offices of Drs. Vivian & son in the east half and the G. D. Masten Barber Shop in the west half. Dr. Vivian emigrated from Cornwall to Mineral Point in 1847. This building is included in the Wisconsin Architecture and History Inventory under record number 59271; the AHI uses 130 High street as the street address, which has since been assigned to the building to the west.
