- Description
This folder is largely comprised of press releases, WATS reports, and incident summaries describing the resistance SNCC programs faced within the South. A large portion of these documents detail a string of bombings which occurred in McComb, Mississippi, in 1964. Beyond this, the folder also contains a number of reports on the general conditions in Mississippi, southwest Georgia, and Arkansas. Additional highlights include two sermons entitled "What's the Matter with Black Power?" and "Black Power and the Disrobing of White Liberality."
