Peebles was ended last Thursday evening when he died in The Richland Hospital, where “he had been a patient for ten days following a heart attack. Mr. Peebles, 60, had first been taken ill Monday morning, Dec. 11, while he was working at the project of remodeling the former Rollerama building which he had recently purchased from Gunder O. Paulsen. For more than a week, doctors had reported that his condition was satisfactory and that he had shown definite signs of improvement. Thursday morning, however, he apparently suffered another attack and he died early in the evening. For more than 30 years, Mr. Peebles had taken a very active and prominent role in the
